Barça betting on youth defender Chadi Riad
The club like his potential and he'll be offered a contract with Barca B
In FC Barcelona’s offices, they are working on the squads for next season and one of the most interesting is Barca B. It’s full of players who’re finishing their formative years from Juvenil A and ready to take a step forward.
One of those the club are sure they want to stay is Chadi Riad. Loaned last season to CES Sabadell, this season he’s been key in defence for Oscar Lopez and they see there is potential there.
His future and that of the rest of his teammates will be announced in the coming weeks. The club are offering less in terms of professional contracts than in previous years, given the financial situation.
