The Brazilian says he dealt with the accusations years ago
A Milan court sentenced him to nine years in prison
Robinho says he will take "all legal measures" after being sentenced to nine years in prison for the rape of a 22 year old woman back in 2013.
On Instagram Robinho published a statement saying he "already defended himself against the accusations, affirming that he did not participate in the episode" and "all legal measures are being taken".
The current Atletico Mineiro player was at AC Milan at the time of the incident, January 22, 2013. Robinho met the woman in a Milan restaurant and later met her in a disco, where he committed the crime with five other people.
