Guardiola on City's quadruple dream: It's nice to be where we are
Man City have won the League Cup and are still in hunt for FA Cup, the Premier League and the Champions League
Manchester City had to work hard but they beat Brighton 1-0 on Saturday thanks to a Gabriel Jesus goal as they reached the FA Cup final.
Pep Guardiola's side will face either Watford or Wolves in the final as they continue their pursuit of what would be an historic treble.
City have already won the League Cup and are now into the final of the FA Cup. They are second in the Premier League but will go back ahead of Liverpool if they win their game in hand. In the Champions League, they face Tottenham in the last eight.
"I am really happy to be in the final," Guardiola said after the Brighton win. "Our season will be one week longer and that makes me really happy.
"During the first 15 minutes after the break we were worried [Brighton could come back], but not after that. They were dangerous, it was tough, it's a semifinal. Defensively, they're well organised and they're dangerous from dead balls. We did not let them create many chances.
"We're in another final, the third of the season [including the Community Shield]. Winning all four titles is almost impossible. Surviving [this long] is a mircale, but it's nice to be where we are."
FINALISTS! We've made it to our 11th #FACup final! YESSSS! 🏆
