The Belgian fired home from the penalty spot to give the Blues victory
Chelsea won the FA Cup on Saturday, squeezing out a narrow victory over Manchester United. Eden Hazard scored from the penalty spot in the 22nd minute after he had been brought down by Phil Jones and it was enough to guide the Blues to victory.

Jose Mourinho's Manchester United dominated the second period but created few goalscoring opportunities, and indeed Chelsea could have had another penalty when Ashley Young handled the ball.
Marcus Rashford had a weak shot saved and then was denied by a brilliant Thibaut Courtois stop in the second half, wasting United's best openings.
Alexis Sanchez had the ball in the Chelsea net, but he was offside and it was correctly ruled out.
Antonio Conte may leave at the end of the season and this was a nice way to go out for the coach.
