The defender suffered a leg injury on international duty
A new setback for Diego Simeone. The Atletico Madrid coach will likely be without Stefan Savic for around three weeks after a leg muscle injury on international duty with Montenegro.
The club tested him on Monday and diagnosed the defender with a grade two injury. Atletico didn't specify his recovery period. It is likely he misses four league games - Valencia, Athletic Club, Alaves, Sevilla, - and one Champions League clash with Bayer Leverkusen.
