Real Madrid won their 20th Copa del Rey with Rodrygo’s brace seeing them beat out Osasuna in Seville.
The Brazilian opened the scoring early on and after Lucas Torro levelled for Osasuna, struck again.
Osasuna brought plenty of fans and noise to La Cartuja but Madrid brought their superior quality.
Los Rojillos were shaken by the opening goal but gave Madrid a decent game, and Dani Carvajal cleared Ez Abde’s effort off the line in their hunt for a leveller.
Osasuna have never won a major trophy and their hopes they could were boosted when Torro finished from 20 yards to level.
However after Toni Kroos’s shot was blocked, Rodrygo tucked home what proved to be the winner.
Madrid have now won every trophy possible to win since Carlo Ancelotti returned less than two years ago.
