Luis Suarez back with a goal as Uruguay beat Panama
Tabarez's side had no problems in their Copa America warm up game
Uruguay beat Panama 3-0 on Friday as Luis Suarez returned from injury with a goal for his country.
Suarez had not played since Barcelona's Champions League loss at Liverpool after undergoing surgery on a knee injury.
However, he joined up with Uruguay this week after recovering from the problem and was on target as the Celeste warmed up for the Copa America with a routine win.
Maximiliano Gomez and Federico Valverde were also on target ahead of Uruguay's Copa America opener in Brazil against Ecuador on June 16.
Gomez opened the scoring in the 18th minute with a fine header, before Suarez added the second after the break after coming off the bench.
Real Madrid midfielder Valverde completed the win with a thumping volley from the edge of the box.
