Jordi Alba pushing to be ready for the Clasico

Barcelona left back Jordi Alba suffered his third muscular injury of the season 15 days ago when Barcelona hosted Getafe at Camp Nou. He may be back for the Clasico. He trained a bit this week and was in the session on Saturday, a day before Barca visit Real Madrid.

After training Quique Setien will speak to the media and name his squad, when we will find out about Alba's availability. The left-back returning would be a big boost for Barca, with his replacement Junior Firpo struggling a bit.

Update: Setien named Alba in his squad and the left-back got medical clearance to play.
