Bojan analyses Barcelona and Real Madrid's strikers ahead of the Clasico

The Stoke City forward writes for SPORT about the attackers who could make the difference in the Clasico

The Clasico is drawing closer and who better than Bojan Krkic to offer an analysis of the six forwards who will start at Camp Nou. Here is the Stoke forward's opinion...

NEYMAR

He is one of the most complete players in Europe. He attacks well, he is aggressive, intense, grows in the big games, has the ability to unbalance. This season it seems he's scoring less and assisting more, but these are moments. While he is on the ball he has Leo in his head. It's logical he ends up with so many assists.

LUIS SUAREZ

He's a great partner for Leo because he works a lot outside the box. He's always done that, while Messi works too but in another waty. His fighting spirit ends up forcing errors from defenders that he knows how to take advantage of. In the area he's very dangerous, a natural goalscorer that is unforgiving. That's where he's most comfortable and shines the most.

LEO MESSI

The key to Barcelona. Whether he scores or not, he always generates extra fear in the opponent, who have three players covering him, helping to make spaces. To keep this level over so many years is very difficult and Leo has been able to change himself a lot, adding skills without losing those he has. However many games more he plays the better because he never stops learning and gaining experience. He always chooses well.

LUCAS VAZQUEZ

He is very different to Bale, but offers many good things. Lucas works much harder than Bale and the stats show he's always one of the players who has run the most. He doesn't have the Welshman's experience but shown he is a valiant footballer who never wilts. Without the power of Bale but never lacks one-on-one.

KARIM BENZEMA

For me, one of the best strikers in the world, but he's not in the best form of his career and is being questioned. He is still a player with a lot of class, using space well and is very intelligent in small spaces. Could have been perfect at Barcelona. They are different, but like Suarez is better in the box than out of it.

CRISTIANO RONALDO

A player who doesn't need to be at his best to be dangerous because he dominates the left, the right, aerial play. If he is confident he's very dangerous playing well or not. I don't think he's going downhill, but he has played a lot of games. He doesn't try so many bicycle kicks but the goals keep coming. However I think he benefits more againsty physical defendes than smaller, faster ones like Barcelona's.
