Arthur Melo returns to Barça side as Valverde makes one Clasico change
Semedo drops out of the side and Sergi Roberto moves to right-back
Barcelona have made one change to the side which beat Real Madrid 3-0 on Wednesday in the Copa del Rey semifinal.
Arthur Melo comes into the side for the second Clasico in four days, this time in La Liga, with Nelson Semedo making way.
Sergi Roberto, therefore, moves to right-back as Ernesto Valverde restores Arthur to midfield alongside Sergio Busquets and Ivan Rakitic.
Arthur returned to the squad for Wednesday's win and came on as a late substitute after returning from injury.
Barça can open up a 12 point lead on Madrid if they win at the Bernabeu for the second time this week.
Barça team: Ter Stegen; Sergi Roberto, Piqué, Lenglet, Alba; Rakitic, Busquets, Arthur; Messi, L. Suárez, Dembélé.
Real Madrid, meanwhile, have made two changes. Gareth Bale and Thibuat Courtois come in for Lucas Vazquez and Keylor Navas respectively.
