Juventus were beaten 2-0 by Atlei in the first leg of the last 16 tie

Cristiano Ronaldo doesn't forget. If on the pitch, he responded to Atletico Madrid fans by raising five fingers, in the mixed zone after Juventus' 2-0 loss at the Wanda Metropolitano he took the same route.

The former Real Madrid striker even went one step further, explaining his gesture to the supporters -- in case it wasn't already obvious.

"It's football," were Ronaldo's first comments as his Juve side stare European elimination in the face. "I have five Champions Leagues and Atletico have none."

Asked whether Juventus or Atletico, who have a two-goal advantage going into the second leg, will win the Champions League next, Ronaldo said "we will see" as he headed out of the door.

Remember that Ronaldo won four Champions Leagues while playing for Madrid and one with Manchester United. His main objective now is to win one with Juve, a task which becomes increasingly difficult after Wednesday's loss in Spain.
