The Brazilian is on loan at the Italian club until the summer

Rafinha Alcantara left Barcelona on loan for Inter Milan in January. The midfielder's adapted quickly to life in Italy and is enjoying his football again.

Proof of that is in how quickly he's settled into the mechanisms of Luciano Spalletti and he has no plans on returning to Camp Nou.

Despite it being far from certain that Inter make next season's Champions League (which would oblige them to sign him for 35 million euros,), Rafinha has no doubts about his future.

"I wanted to come to Inter from the very first moment and now I want to stay here," Rafinha told Premium Sport, making his position clear.

Inter, however, have still not said anything with regards to their option to buy.

The option is obligatory if the team qualifies for the Champions League, which they are close to achieving.

Sources close to the club, though, say they will try to reduce the price they agreed with Barcelona earlier this year for Rafinha if they don't make the top European competition.

Meanwhile, Rafinha was also asked about this season Champions League: "The favourites to win it? My brother, [Bayern Munich's], Thiago."
