Carles Alena has played his first minutes at Real Betis on loan from Barcelona in the draw with Alaves. He was welcomed to the club by Marc Bartra, a former Barcelona team-mate. "I wish him a lot of luck and hope he feels at home," said Bartra. "He was very young and already dribbling around everyone.

"Betis is much more than a club, it's a feeling. It's the life of a lot of people. I feel proud that players of his status are coming to Betis to make it even bigger.
