Both defenders are expected to leave the club this summer and the fact they are training away from the main group might suggest their futures are close to being resolved

Barcelona's unwanted centre back duo, Yerry Mina and Marlon, didn't train alongside the other members of the first team today. Mina and Marlon were kept inside, according to the club, to work on specific training activities.

It's interesting that two players, who have been linked with moves away from Barcelona, are the two who didn't appear on the training pitch alongside their teammates. Mina is very close to finalising his move to Everton ahead of the Premier League's transfer window closing on Thursday. As for Marlon, he's attracting interest from Serie A side Sassuolo.

In fact it looks like neither player was risked with their transfers away from the Camp Nou appearing imminent. As mentioned previously, Mina's deal to Everton is expected to go through first due to the limited time available to conclude the transfer.
