Xavi's list for Real Madrid clash, waiting on Pedri and Ferran Torres
The duo need to test negative on Monday if they are to fly to Saudi Arabia
Barcelona will head to Riyadh at 12.30 midday where they will play for their first trophy of the season, the Spanish Super Cup. They face Real Madrid in the semi-finals. First they will train at home an then they will fly after Xavi publishes the squad list.
The coach is waiting on Ferran Torres and Pedri. Both had a PCR test on Sunday and on Monday will get their results, hoping they are negative for Covid-19 and they will be able to get on the plane. The whole team will have an antigen test before flying.
In theory, Ronald Araujo and Frenkie de Jong will also travel. Both were injured last Wednesday against Linares.
The only definite absentees are Sergi Roberto, Martin Braithwaite and Eric Garcia. The latter was injured against Granda on Saturday and will be out for five weeks.
