The coach seems like he does not favour the Cantabrian at this moment

Xavi Hernandez, the Blaugrana coach, did not rush the five changes against Cádiz, although he did use the three windows allowed during the second half. One of his most significant decisions was that he preferred to bring on youth striker Angel Alarcon rather than midfielder Pablo Torre, who was once again left out of the team despite the circumstances suggesting he could have a chance against Cadiz.

Alarcón was given his chance late in the game, making his league debut (he had already had ten minutes in the Copa del Rey against Ceuta). Curiously, the coach did not give a single minute to Pablo Torre, who did not take this circumstance very well on the bench. After Xavi spent the last window to make changes, the Cantabrian player showed his anger by throwing a bottle of water. For a few minutes he was warming up on the touchline.

Pablo Torre has not played with the first team since 19 January. His last appearance was in the Copa against Celta. In total, this season he has made six appearances for Barça.
