The 16-year-old foward could become the second-youngest player to make his debut for Barça

Ansu Fati could make history with FC Barcelona. If the 16-year-old makes his debut in the LaLiga against Real Betis, he'll become the second youngest player to make his senior debut in the club's history. The only one ahead of him would be Vicenç Martínez all the way back in 1941/42 when he was 16 and 280 days, 20 days younger than Ansu right now.

His current coach at the Juvenil A side, Victor Valdes, knows how making your debut will feel. He also came through La Masia, forced his way into the reckoning and became a legend. Perhaps because of that Valdes dedicate a message to young Ansu.

"I wish you all the best on this special day. Think that at the end of the day it's just football and scoring a goal. Enjoy the Camp Nou, little one. If you make your debut I'm sure they'll raise you up into the sky. Always be strong and fast, Ansu."
