Van de Beek could be Ronald Koeman's first Barca signing
The Dutch midfielder has been linked with Real Madrid but it could be FCB instead
Donny van de Beek could become Barcelona’s first signing for next season, now that Ronald Koeman is set to take the reins at Camp Nou. Le10Sport say that he could focus on the Ajax midfielder, who has been heavily linked with Real Madrid.
Zinedine Zidane would prefer to bring in his compatriot Paul Pogba, from Manchester United. Van de Beek is said to be Koeman’s priority and he wants to link him up with former team-mate Frenkie de Jong.
The 23-year-old came through the Ajax academy and has 41 goals and 33 assists in 175 games for the Dutch club.
Barca forward Luis Suarez has been linked with a return to the Dutch club too.
