The Barcelona boss has never lost in 15 games against Celta
Ernesto Valverde has been a genuine nightmare for Celta Vigo during the last 15 years. The current Barcelona coach has faced the Galicians with Athletic -- during two different spells -- Espanyol, Valencia and, of course, Barça. And he has never lost against them.
Valverde has coached against Celta on no less than 10 occasions and his overall record is: 10 victories, five draws and not a single loss.
The Basque coach has tested himself against seven different Celta bosses. El Txingurri has never been beaten by Lotina, Rafa Sáez, Fernando Vázquez, Paco Herrera, Luis Enrique, Berizzo or Unzué.
In total, Valverde has won 35 points from a possible 45 against them. On Saturday, it's the turn of Miguel Cardoso to try and help Celta get a result against Valverde.
