Valverde: "I don't know what is going to happen with Neymar"

FC Barcelona coach, Ernesto Valverde, has once again been asked about the current situation involving Neymar and his possible return to the Camp Nou this summer.

"We'll see what happens. The classic response is that he plays for another team and that's that. All I know is that I'm the manager and I only think about the players I have. They are the ones I'll be using tomorrow. As it stands, I don't know what is going to happen," he reluctantly responded.

History is repeating itself because two years ago Neymar was the hot topic of debate at Barça whilst they were in the United States. In that case, Neymar was linked with a move away and as we all know now, he did end up signing for PSG. Fast forward to 2019 and Neymar is looking to right the wrongs of that move away but Real Madrid are pushing hard for his signature too.

The only thing which appears clear at this point is Neymar won't remain in Paris this season.
