Ernesto Valverde will hand a debut to Barça B midfielder Oriol Busquets in Wednesday's Copa del Rey round-of-32 second leg match against Real Murcia.
Barça go into the game with a 3-0 lead from the first leg and included five B team players in their matchday squad, with Carles Aleña also handed another first tram start.
The other players called up from the reserve team -- Adrian Ortola, Jose Arnaiz and David Costas -- will begin the game on the bench.
In contrast, Valverde has given eight players the night off: Marc-Andre Ter Stegen, Ivan Rakitic, Sergio Busquets, Andres Iniesta, Luis Suárez, Leo Messi, Jordi Alba and Samuel Umtiti.
