Valencia face competition from Italy to land Rafinha this summer

Valencia CF, who have already agreed personal terms with Barça midfielder Rafinha, are now facing competition to complete his transder from Italy.
According to ESPN, Fiorentina are the latest ones to express an interest in the Brazilian and could steal him away from the LaLiga side.
The sticking point between Valencia and Barça is over the asking price. With 12 months to run on his contract and a history of knee problems, Valencia want to agree a deal for a lot less than the 15m Barça are demanding.
Barça remain relaxed about the situation and are hopeful that with added competition, it might see one of the teams offer the full amount.
The Brazilian midfielder is currently in Japan with the rest of the first-team squad.
