FourFourTwo's list of the 100 best coaches ever is heavily influenced by Barça

FC Barcelona have had some of the best managers in the history of football and three of them have been included among the top five of all time.

In FourFourTwo's ranking of the 100 greatest coaches of all time, Rinus Michels, Johan Cruyff and Pep Guardiola all feature near the top.

Guardiola is at No.5. The current Manchester City coach took over at Camp Nou in 2008 and won two Champions Leagues, three La Liga, two Copas del Rey, two European Supercopas, two Club World Cups and three Spanish Supercopas.

Ahead of him, at No.3, is the late Johan Cruyff. The Dutch legend changed Barca's history and led the way for a number of coaches across the globe. Barça had never won the Champions League before he arrived but he oversaw their first triumph on Europe's top stage. In total, he won one Champions League, four consecutive league titles, one Copa del Rey, three Spanish Supercopas, one European Supercopa and one Cup Winner's Cup.

However, he was most known for implanting a style of play and a philosophy that came known around the world as Barça's Dream Team conquered Europe.

Neither Cruyff nor Guardiola are the highest placed Barça coach on the list, though, That honour goes to Rinus Michels, who is ranked at No.2, behind Sir Alex Ferguson.

Michels was Cruyff's footballing father and the creator of what we now know as modern football. He coached Barça twice, first between 1971 and 1974 and later between 1976 and 1978. But he's not considered among the greats for his time at Camp Nou, but with Ajax and the Dutch national team, where he became a genuine legend. With Barça, he won one league, one Copa del Rey and one Ferias Cup.
