Barcelona goalkeeper Marc-Andre ter Stegen has thanked Luis Enrique for all he has done as his manager. The German international posted a sincere message of gratitude on Instagram.
Luis Enrique leaves Barça after three years in charge. Ter Stegen has been his starting goalkeeper this season -- except in the Copa del Rey -- and had been the cup goalkeeper for the first two seasons.
"I began my Barcelona career in 2014 with you as manager. You led this special team to nine trophies in three seasons, including the treble, an incredible achievement. I am proud to have formed part of this journey, as an athlete and a person. Thanks 'mister' for everything. I wish you the best in your next chapter, with lots of happiness for you and your family. Thanks #ForeverLucho," ter Stegen wrote.
