The Philippe Coutinho could be close. According to The Sun, Liverpool and Barça will announce that they have agreed a deal at 20:00 Spanish time this evening. The deal is said to be worth £138 million (€150 million).
According to The Sun, Liverpool have accepted Barça’s fourth offer and at the end the player’s wishes will win out. Liverpool will have made a profit of around €140 million on the player after buying him from Inter for €9 million.
Logic suggests that Liverpool will announce the deal once they have completed the deals they are currently working on, given that the transfer window shuts today in England.
Liverpool have already announced the signing of Oxlade-Chamberlain from Arsenal and are close to completing a deal for Thomas Lemar from Monaco. The two deals would be financed with the money received for Coutinho.
