The steps Barca will take to bring Leo Messi back

Barça already have a clear strategy in place to bring Leo Messi back to Camp Nou. SPORT has already advanced that next week, Barça executives will meet with LaLiga to explore an agreement on lowering the salary cap. La Liga president Javier Tebas has been specifying that the Blaugrana club will be over 200 million euros, but steps are being taken to resolve the issue. Mateu Alemany has been preparing a viability plan for some time now, which contemplates, above all, a reduction in expenses and budget that would allow this salary limit to be reduced. Next week's meeting is key to unraveling this issue and Barça see it as a good approach.

The plan includes salary cuts in some cases and, obviously, income from some sales of players. In addition, Barça will cut back in other areas of the club to bring it closer to the figure imposed on them by La Liga.
