The record which Samuel Umtiti has set in La Liga
The French centre-back has set his first record in La Liga and hopefully there are many more to come
Samuel Umtiti, FC Barcelona's French defender has obtained his first record in La Liga, even though he has only been playing for three months. His magnificent perfomances with Barcelona in the top flight and in the Champions League have pleased coach Luis Enrique.
According to Barcelona, Umtiti has made his first record by making a total of 115 accurate passes in La Liga against Granada, a record for a defender in La Liga this season. Furthermore those 115 came out of an attempted 120, a huge success.
Another curiosity is that that Samuel Umtiti has won every game he's played with FC Barcelona - eight to date.
