Lionel Messi's hat-trick handed him all the attention but Luis Suarez also had a great game as Barca thrashed Real Betis 4-1 on Sunday to go 10 points clear at the top of La Liga.
The Uruguayan was rewarded with a goal, a brilliant one too, beating several defenders and slotting home. Suarez's goal saw him hit 128 goals in 157 league games for Barca, equalling Diego Forlan's record for strikes in the top flight, the most by a Uruguayan in Spain.
Suarez dd it in far fewer games - Forlan needed 240. Suarez also had seven penalties, whereas Forlan bagged 14.
