Jeison Murillo will join Barcelona on loan until June 30, 2019. Barça and Valencia have now closed the details of the deal, while the player has also agreed terms with the Catalan club. Now it's just a matter of the centre-back passing a medical.
As we wait for the medical to be completed, details of the operation are slowly coming out. According to Cadena Cope in Valencia, Barça will pay two million euros to take Murillo on loan. The La Liga leaders will also pay the Colombian international's whole salary.
Other sources, meanwhile, add that there's also an option to make the move permanent in the summer for 25 million euros.
Remember that Murillo said goodbye to his Valencia teammates at Paterna on Thursday before heading to Barcelona, where he is due to undergo a medical ahead of the official announcement.
