No longer hunting for high priced top talents they are scoping the bargain aisle

Barcelona and Real Madrid used to do battle in the market for big names at big prices but times have changed. Both are rightening their belts. Madrid signed Alaba for free, Barca picked up Memphis, Aguero and Eric Garcia.

Now they will be vying for the same kind of targets again but cheap ones.

Kessie and Rudiger are two players who the clubs may want next summer according to AS. Both are out of contract.

The German defender helped Chelsea to the Champions League and is one of the best in the world. He has improved over the years at bringing the ball out and loves bursting into space. He could sign for any club in the world. Chelsea want to renew him, though.

Kessie is a different type of player. The midfielder is the kind that Koeman wanted last summer. Milan won’t want to let him go for nothing though.

AS think Rudiger would be available for 12m euros a year. Let’s see what happens.
