The grass at Anoeta will not be Valladolid's potato field
The grass has been planted and La Real expect a perfect pitch for the clash on Sep 15
Barcelona's next away trip of the season is to San Sebastian, where they face Real Sociedad at Anoeta. Curiously, they will face another new pitch. In the firsr game against Valladolid the playing suface was more like a potato patch, but this tme the grass should not cause problems.
La Real posted photographs showing work taking place now, well over two weeks before the game, and do not expect there to be any issues with the pitch at all, even though it is not yet in place. At Valladolid the pitch was put in four days before the game.
Before that Barcelona host Huesca at the always immaculate Camp Nou. Real Sociedad beat Villarreal 2-1 away from home and drew with Leganes at Butarque in their first two fixtures.
