The first list of players set to leave after Copa final loss

The losses to Liverpool and Valencia at the end of this season will see players leave Barcelona, with president Josep Maria Bartomeu already confirming as much. But who? Here are the main candidates:

CILLESSEN

The Dutch goalkeeper wants to be a No.1 somewhere and has told Barça as much. Benfica is his most likely destination at the moment. Barça want 25 million euros. Jasper was unable to say goodbye to the club with a title in the Copa del Rey final in Sevilla on Saturday.

MURILLO

The Colombian's loan move is coming to an end and the only repeated question is: why did they sign him? Despite losing the final with Barça -- although he was not even on the bench -- the funny thing is he also won it. He's on loan from Valencia. 

VERMAELEN

Thomas is out of contract and will not renew. He played his last 90 minutes at Balaidos with the league won and leaves the club with the sensation that he did OK when he was fit... but he wasn't fit enough. Injuries were a problem. 

UMTITI

The Frenchman's lost his place to Lenglet and the possible arrival of De Ligt could open the door to an exit. Even though he wants to stay, Barça will listen to offers because of his knee problems. 

RAFINHA

The Brazilian's season has once again been ruined by injuries. It feels like a good time to leave -- on loan or permanently. After years of uncertainty, the latter would be preferred. 

RAKITIC

It doesn't look like he will leave. He wants to stay and he's one of Valverde's favourites. But an exit cannot be ruled out given the interest. After his quiet Copa del Rey final, he's one of the players who has been criticised by fans. Even more so for the way he reacted to being taken off. 

MALCOM

Has not played regularly in his first season but has done well when he's had chances, like in the cup final as a second half substitute. But he wants to play more minutes and may be tempted to leave, even though he wants to succeed at Camp Nou. 

COUTINHO

The most expensive signing in the club's history has a foot out the door at Barça. He has not performed and he does not have a 'feeling' with the fans. A sale seems inevitable. 

BOATENG

No one understands his loan signing. Prince will leave Barça and return to parent club Sassuolo. In total, he played 303 minutes across four games.
