The Brazilian will meet his old side in the Champions League last eight

Turin will host the first leg with the second leg taking place at Camp Nou

Juventus full-back Dani Alves will not be happy with the result of Friday's Champions League quarter-final draw, which took place in Nyon on Friday.

Alves' Juve side were drawn with Barca and only one side will be able to progress and continue their dream of reaching the final in Cardiff in June.

Speaking after knocking out Porto in the week, the Brazil international spoke about his desires for the draw.

"I don't want to be paired with Barcelona, it would be too strange for me," said Alves, who left the Catalan side for Juve on a free last summer.

"If I have to play against Barça, I would prefer it to be in the final."

In contrast, Juventus striker Paulo Dybala did want a repeat of the 2015 final, which Luis Enrique's side won 3-1 in Berlin.

He said before the draw: "I would like a repeat of that final. With the team we have got here, I believe we can reach the final."
