The cruelty Marc-Andre ter Stegen will suffer at the World Cup
He watched Germany's 2-1 defeat by Austria from the bench as Manuel Neuer started

Ter Stegen is 26 and at his optimal point of maturity. He is ready to play at a World Cup. However Joachim Low picked Manuel Neuer to play against Austria for his first game back since September, and it seems the Bayern Munich goalkeeper is going to stay in goal for the World Cup.
Ter Stegen feels a sense of frustration and injustice, because of his exceptional form. But Low was clear when asked about the situation. “Marc knows Manuel’s situation is special. He is our captain. We won the 2014 World Cup with him.”
