Ter Stegen beaten for first time since March 1 as clean sheet run ends
Smolov and Aspas were both on target for Celta in Saturday's 2-2 draw
Fyodor Smolov scored the first equaliser as Celta Vigo twice came from behind to earn a 2-2 draw against Barcelona on Saturday.
The Russian striker's goal, early in the second half, was the first Marc-Andre ter Stegen had conceded since March 1 in the Clasico loss to Real Madrid.
Since then, the German had kept five clean sheets in a row, starting with the win over Real Sociedad pre-lockdown up to Tuesday's narrow victory against Athletic Bilbao.
However, that run wasn't stretched to six games, with Smolov breaching his goal to make it 1-1. Iago Aspas then added a second late on, following two Luis Suarez goals, to earn Celta a point.
It was a busy afternoon for Ter Stegen. He could do little about either goal but did make some big saves -- one from Brais Mendez and two from Nolito, the second deep into stoppage time.
