Barcelona return to league action on Sunday with a game against Levante and the chance to restore their nine point lead at the top of the table following Atletico Madrid's win on Saturday.
It's the first game for Valverde's side since the 3-0 win over Real Madrid at the Santiago Bernabeu two weeks ago and the first game at Camp Nou in 2018.
The big news is the inclusion of Ousmane Dembele in the side. The Frenchman makes his first start for the club in nearly four months after recovering from a ruptured tendon.
Elsewhere, Ivan Rakitic drops back to fill in for the suspended Gerard Pique, while Javier Mascherano replaces Gerard Pique alongside Thomas Vermaelen in defence.
