Six Barcelona players passed through anti-doping control on Wednesday
Various Barça players had to give blood and urine samples to the AEPSAD
Piqué, Mascherano, Jordi Alba, Busquets, Iniesta & Messi were the chosen players
FC Barcelona returned to training at midday on Wednesday, with the majority of players taking part in a recovery session after Tuesday's win over Eibar ended at nearly midnight. Therefore, Ernesto Valverde decided to start the session a little later than usual.
During the session -- which was full of happy faced after Barça extended their winning start to the season to six games -- a number of players had to pass through anti-doping control.
The six chosen by the Spanish agency protection of health in sport (AEPSAD) were: Gerard Pique, Javier Mascherano, Jordi Alba, Sergio Busquets, Andres Iniesta and Lionel Messi.
The players all had to provide a urine sample and a blood sample.
