Atletico Madrid defenders Filipe Luis and Lucas Hernández returned to training on Tuesday after struggling with muscle injuries recently.
Both took part in almost the whole session under Diego Simeone and, in principle, will be fit for Saturday's home game against Barcelona.
Save one defence-attack exercise in groups of three, which they sat out as a precaution, both Filipe and Lucas appeared fine.
Simeone was also boosted by the return of four players who had been away on international duty: Koke, Saul, Yannick Carrasco and Jan Oblak.
All four are likely to start the game against Barcelona, who have won all seven of their league games this season.
Atletico are still waiting for the return of Antoine Griezmann (France), Diego Godín and José María Giménez (Uruguay), Thomas Partey (Ghana) and Sime Vrsaljko (Croatia).
