Sergino Dest and Konrad called up to USA national team duty
The Barca duo, one from the first team and one from B will face Wales and Panama in November
Sergino Dest celebrated his birthday with a national team call up from the USA to face Wales and Panama in friendlies on November 12 and 16 respectively.
The Dutch-American defender will be accompanied by his team-mate Konrad de la Fuente, to play for Gregg Berhalter's side. Konrad is doing well with Barca B and has made the first team squad on some occasions this season, impressing Ronald Koeman.
This is Dest's first call up since joining Barcelona, where he has started well following his move from Ajax this summer. He played excellently in the Clasico despite defeat. Dest is also a candidate for the Golden Boy award.
