The midfielder suffered a leg injury in the 1-1 draw at Camp Nou
More bad news for Barcelona from the 1-1 draw against Athletic Bilbao was a muscular injury for Sergi Roberto in his leg. The midfielder played in place of Sergio Busquets at the base of the midfield, but asked Ernesto Valverde to take him off after feeling something in his leg.
On came Busquets with Sergi Roberto heading to the dressing room. Barcelona medics confirmed after the game that he had a strain in his right leg and is a doubt for the game against Tottenham on Wednesday in the Champions League.
Barcelona also have Samuel Umtiti suspended for the game, so the defence is likely to see Semedo at right-back again with Lenglet in the middle with Gerard Pique.
