Sergi Roberto taken off injured for Barcelona against Atletico Madrid
The midfielder was taken off in the 43rd minute of the first half
Sergi Roberto was forced off injured in the first half of Barcelona's game against Atletico Madrid on Saturday.
The Spain international, who started the game in midfield, appeared to injure a muscle in his left leg on the brink halftime.
He was able to walk off the pitch but headed straight down the tunnel with a member of the club's medical team and will undergo tests back in Barcelona on Sunday.
It's the second time he's been injured this season, the first time being against Athletic on Sept. 29, which ruled him out until Oct. 19.
Rafinha took his place for the second half, with Barça also missing Philippe Coutinho (injured) and Ivan Rakitic (suspended and injured).
Also on the treatment table at Camp Nou at the moment are Sergi Samper and Thomas Vermaelen.
