The Spain international looked ahead to the new season
Sergi Roberto has spoken to TV3 about a range of issues as Barcelona prepare for the 2019-20 season.
Playing in midfield: What I want is to play, and this season making space in midfield will be a challenge because there's an overbooking in that position. It's a difficult challenge and we will see how the season goes, but I want to play.
De Jong: He's a signing that fits in at Barça perfectly. He had some great performances in big Champions League games last season. He's got good vision, really good on the ball and, despite being so young, he is more than ready to be with us and to help us.
Anfield and Copa loss: We start the season with more pressure than last year because of everything that happened at the end of last season, but I also think we've gone up a level. The signings we have made so far have increased the level of the squad.
