Sergi Puig extends Barça deal, goes on loan to Conquense
The goalkeeper's new terms tie him at Camp Nou until 2020
Two in one. A contract renewal and a loan move for Sergi Puig. SPORT revealed a few days ago that he was set to go out on loan again. He had an offer from Salamanca UDS, but in the end has joined Conquense.
Conquense, curiously, will play in the third tier of Spanish football this season, in group three, the same as Barça B. The goalkeeper, therefore, could find himself playing against his teammates.
Before moving on loan, though, the 19-year-old extended his stay at Camp Nou until 2020, with his previous deal set to expire next year.

The goalkeeper, who spend last season on loan with L'Hospitalet, expressed his delight on social media: "Very happy with this new challenge. Looking forward to the season and a great year."
