Segura reveals Barcelona's new set-up behind the scenes

Barcelona's general manager Pep Segura explained during the presentation of Eric Abidal as the club's new sporting director the new set up behind the scenes at the Catalan club. 

Segura has replaced Robert Fernandez with Abidal, who will have Ramon Planes as his assistant. Between them, they will be the three men in charge of making the big decisions for the first team. 

The professional football section (Barça B and the U19s) will continued to be managed by Jose Mari Bakero and Guillermo Amor, while the academy will remain in the hands of Jordi Roura and Aurel.li Altimira.

Finally, Segura explained that women's football at the club will still be Markel Zubizarreta and Fran Sánchez's responsibility.
