Scout: Barça have Bryan Gil in mind, I compare him with Neymar
The Sevilla winger is impressing while on loan with La Liga side Eibar
Germán Vaya Ballabriga 'Mani' is Barcelona's scout in Andalucia and one of the key men in the arrivals of Ansu Fati, Andres Initesta and the Dos Sanos brothers, Jonathan and Giovanni, at Camp Nou.
Speaking to SER Catalunya, Mani praised Bryan Gil, currently on loan at Eibar but due to return to Sevilla at the end of the current season.
From Barbate (Cadiz), Gil came through the Sevilla academy before spending time on loan at Leganes before joining Basque side Eibar this season.
Mani assured that Gil, who turns 20 this week, "is right now the best player in Spain and I compare him with Neymar. He is so versatile, he can play at full-back, through the middle, on the left wing. He's impressive."
But the scout didn't top there: "I have spoken with (Barça sporting director) Ramon Planes and he has Bryan Gil in mind. If they do it now he has a release clause of 35 million euros, but if he renews with Sevilla it will increase to 150 million."
