Saudi Arabian side Al-Ahli keen on Barcelona midfielder Franck Kessie

They say that if you don't get an offer from Saudi Arabia, you're nobody in the world of football. The latest player to be tempted by Saudi money is Barcelona's Franck Kessie.

Al-Ahli, a team from Jeddah, are the club that have contacted the Ivorian to tempt him with a huge offer and a contract until 2026.

For the moment, Kessie's intention is to remain at Barça, although he will consider the Saudi Arabian proposal if Xavi tells him that he does not count on him.

The midfielder is one of the players for whom Barça are looking to bring in money to be able to register the players they have signed and Al-Ahli will have to negotiate with the Catalan club to sign him.

Barça are looking for around 30 million euros for him, which would be a profit for the club, as Kessie arrived on a free transfer a year ago from Milan.

In addition, the Ivorian is an expendable player for the coaching staff, as he has not been able to win a starting place and will find it difficult to do so next season after the arrival of Ilkay Gündogan and the still pending signing of another centre midfielder.

Kessie's name has also come up in Barça's talks with Inter Milan for Marcelo Brozovic, but the Ivorian is not attracted to the idea of returning to Italian football.
