The Brazilian legend was attended by medical staff last Friday and is now at the Policlínica Nuestra Señora del Rosario hospital

The former footballer,  Ronaldo Nazário de Lima, was admitted into the Hospital de Can Misses in Ibiza last Friday. He was diagnosed with pneumonia and remains under supervision according to 'Área de Salud de Ibiza y Formentera'.

'Diario de Ibiza' claim the Brazilain is now at the intensive care unit at the Policlínica Nuestra Señora del Rosario.

The former Barcelona and Real Madrid star was spending a few days on holiday on the island of Ibiza when he went to the hospital at around 18:30 in the afternoon because he was suffering from chest pains.

A few hours later, according to 'Diario de Ibiza', Ronaldo asked to be released from the public hospital so he could be admitted to the private clinic, Nuestra Señora del Rosario. He remains in the intensive care unit there. The same source confirms that the former footballer is responding well to treatment.
