Roma have more and more problems. With Ünder not fit to make their squad on Saturday and Pellegrini only fit enough for the bench, they now have concerns over Radja Nainggolan, who left the pitch injured after 17 minutes of the Serie A game against Bologna.

Nainggolan felt his muscle and asked for the change after failing to run it off. He limped off and coach Eusebio Di Francesco says he's unlikely to be ready for Wednesday's Champions League game against Barcelona.

“We need to talk to the medical staff. With the way he went off the field, the sensations are not positive,” Di Francesco said after the game.

“I can assure you from experience that flexor problems do not get solved that quickly, even if he is the Ninja and therefore could surprise us. He tried three times to run it off, but if he had to give up and leave the pitch, that means it was bad.”

Dzeko scored late on as Roma drew 1-1 with Bologna, seeing the gap between them and fourth place Inter cut to just two points.
