Reports in Italy continue to link Rakitic with Barcelona exit
'Calciomercato' insist on a possible swap deal with Juventus for Bernardeschi
Ivan Rakitic could still leave Barcelona this month despite returning to the team in the build-up to Christmas, according to reports in Italy.
Calciomercato continues to insist on the possibility of a swap deal taking place between Juventus and Barça, with Rakitic going one way and Federico Bernardeschi (25 years old) coming to Camp Nou.
However, the report adds that while Rakitic's move to Juve is possible, the chances of Bernardeschi coming to Barcelona are more complicated.
Rakitic's future at Can Barça is not clear, given he started the season out of the team. He did start new coach Quique Setien's first game in charge against Granada but didn't convince.
The swap deal mentioned in Calciomercato would see Barça also have to pay 30 million euros in addition to Rakitic, an amount they're unable to be able to give up.
