Several media outlets says Barça will spend 100 million pounds on him

Marcus Rashford is Manchester United's rough diamond. The England international, 21, has been linked with Real Madrid in the past and there's even been reported interest from Barcelona. But United won't let him leave easily.

What's more, to sign him, any club would have to pay 100 million pounds -- around 115 million euros. In England, the Daily Mail, The Mirror and The Sun all claim Barça are ready to stump up the cash for the forward, although it seems unlikely given the Catalan club's needs in attack.

Even so, the reports in England say a move for Rashford would have to mean the sale of another player at Camp Nou -- and Philippe Coutinho's the name they mention.

When Jose Mourinho was in charge, it was thought Rashford could leave, but with the arrival of Ole Gunnar Solskjaer on the bench things have changed -- he's expected to renew his contract. But reports in England insist Barça remains a possible destination.

Rashord's out of contract next summer and United want to tie him down by making him one of the best paid players at the club. Reports suggest he will be offered 15.8 million pounds annually, as much as Wayne Rooney was pocketing in 2017.

In any case, Rashford has the chance to impress Barça on Tuesday when the two sides meet in the Champions League at Camp Nou.
